Plaintiff was stamping metal and sustained a crushing injury to his right hand, palm, and amputation of both of his
thumbs when his hand was caught in a metal press on the job in August 2018.
Through the efforts of our associated worker’s compensation counsel, they were able to secure additional medical
benefits for the Plaintiff as well as temporary partial disability plus temporary total disability.
$500,000.00 total settlement achieved in November 2021.
